- Old ornaments of our manufacture may be exchanged for new ornaments on production of a related tax invoice without any melting loss. For this, the exchange value shall be determined considering the actual gold quantity available in the old ornament at the time of exchange and the purchase rate of gold prevailing on the date of exchange. No credit will be given on making charges of old ornaments at the time of exchange.
- Old ornaments of other manufacturers may be exchanged for new ornaments subject to melting loss and production of a related tax invoice.
- No cash refund except for our manufacture will be entertained. Ornaments returned within 3 (three) days of purchase without being used will receive full credit against any gold jewelry purchased.
- Exchange timing: Strictly between 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on any working day, except Saturday and Sunday.
- No liability will be accepted after the goods are delivered and taken out of the shop.
- Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Calcutta High Court.
